How to check-in?

Ready for your stay? Checking in with Bob W is super simple and fully online. Completing your check-in in advance is the key to a smooth, keyless arrival. Here’s everything you need to know about the process.

1. How to Start Your Online Check-In

Shortly after you book, you'll receive a Booking Confirmation email from us. This email contains a link or a 'Complete Check-in' button to get you started.

If you haven't done it yet, don't worry! We'll send you a friendly reminder by email or SMS. If you can't find the email, you can always go directly to our secure check-in portal: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

2. What You'll Need

To begin, you'll need your booking number. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

  • “Booking/confirmation number”

  • “Booking ID”

  • “Reservation number”

  • Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

3. What to Fill In

In the check-in form, you'll fill in your details. Most importantly, please make sure to add all the guests who will be staying with you. This is crucial so we can prepare your apartment perfectly with the right number of towels, bed linens, and other goodies.

4. What Happens Next?

Once your online check-in is complete, you'll get access to your Guest Area (our online reception). This is where you can view all your reservation details and explore extras for your stay.

Your access details will then appear in the Guest Area on the evening before you arrive, and your room number will appear on the morning of arrival.

Common Questions

When can I complete the online check-in?

You can do it anytime after booking, right up until you arrive. We recommend doing it early so we can get everything ready for you.

Does this affect my cancellation policy?

Not at all! Completing the check-in form is just for preparation and doesn't change your booking's cancellation terms in any way.

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?

Only if you want to book extras (like breakfast) or if your stay requires city tax payments. If your stay was fully paid via your company or a booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty.

I didn't get the check-in email.

First double-check your spam folder. We always send your check-in info by email, and often by SMS or WhatsApp too. If you still can't find anything, just reach out to us!
