Ready for your stay? Accessing your Bob W is super simple and fully digital. Here’s how it works.
1. Complete Your Online Check-In
First, head to our secure check-in portal: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in You can do this any time before arriving. Completing this helps us get everything ready for your stay and is required to receive your access details.
2. Get Your Digital Keys
Once your online check-in is complete, your personal access details will become available on the evening before your arrival in your Guest Area under the “Open Doors” tab.
The “Open Doors” tab will also show the exact time each key becomes active. For example, the building code activates early in the morning, while your room's access will activate right at your check-in time.
Main Entrance & Common Doors
You'll find a door code for the main building entrance and access to other shared spaces like the luggage or laundry room.
Your Apartment Door: Two Ways to Enter
Depending on your location, you'll have one of two main ways to get in:
Door Code: Some apartments use a classic door code. You'll find this code in your Guest Area. Just punch it into the keypad (located either on the door itself or on the wall next to it) to enter.
Remote Opening: Other apartments feature a futuristic remote opening. In your Guest Area, you'll see a slider button. Simply slide it to unlock your door. You'll need an internet connection on your device for this to work.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Where can I find my room number?
You can find your room number in the Guest Area under “Room and Reservation.” These details become visible on the morning of your check-in.
Why can't I see my door code after completing the check-in?
Your door code or remote opening becomes available on the evening before your check-in day. Don't worry, they'll be waiting for you in your Guest Area right on time!
My access isn't working.
Your access activates 15 minutes before your official check-in time. If you're a bit early, please hang tight! For the remote opening, also make sure your device has a stable internet connection.
