How do I get an invoice or pro-forma?

Need a receipt for your stay? How you get your invoice depends on where you booked. For many guests, you can now manage everything directly in our online Guest Area!

Direct Bookings & Booking.com

Automatic Delivery

  • Direct Bookings: Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you shortly after check-out.

  • Booking.com: You will receive your invoice by email within 10 working days after check-out.

Self-Service (View, Edit & Download) If you are the bill owner, you can also manage your invoice details directly:

  • Where to find it: Go to your Guest Area and look for the “Apartment and Reservation” section on the main stay screen.

  • Editing Details (Company & VAT): Need to add a company name, address, or VAT number? You can do this directly in the Invoice panel.

    • When: You can edit these details before or during your stay (while the bill is still open).

    • Important: You can only edit these details once. Please review them carefully before confirming, as you won't be able to change them again yourself after submission.

  • Downloading: Once your stay is over and the invoice is closed, you can download the PDF directly from this section.

    • Note: Please download your invoice promptly after check-out, as it will not be available once your reservation view expires in the Guest Area.

If you are not the bill owner (e.g., you are a guest but someone else paid), you will not see these self-service options.

Airbnb & Expedia

These platforms handle payments and invoicing internally. We cannot issue invoices for these bookings.

  • Please request your invoice or receipt directly through your Airbnb or Expedia account.
