Do I need to verify my ID?

To comply with local regulations, we might need to verify your ID during the online check-in process. Don't worry, it’s quick, secure and easy!

How It Works

After you book, you may receive an email from us with a link to complete your verification. You’ll need a device with a camera (like a smartphone or laptop).

  1. Click the link in the email to open the secure portal.

  2. Follow the prompts to take a real-time picture of your government-issued identity document (like a passport or national ID card).

  3. Next, you'll take a quick selfie.

Our system will then validate that the person in the selfie and the photo on the ID are the same and that the document is valid. The details must match the name on your booking.

Once your verification is successful, your access to the property will be automatically enabled for your arrival. Simple as that!

Having Trouble Verifying?

  • If you see a 'Try Again' button
    This usually happens if a screenshot of an ID was used instead of a live picture. Please make sure you're taking a real-time photo of your physical ID document (not a picture of another screen or a saved image) and try uploading it again.

  • If you don't see a 'Try Again' button
    If the system doesn't give you the option to try again, just get in touch with our team and we'll get you sorted.
